2011-2012 Membership Information PLEASE READ CAREFULLY INCOMPLETE MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE SUBJECT TO FINE 1st Year Members Please complete all lines on form and read disclaimer at top and bottom of membership If you are a first year member attending a school other than Lakeland College or Olds College, a facality member must sign in the rodeo coach line. This is required as a staff member at the school you are attending must be aware of your participation in CIRA events. Please send a transcript from the college you are enrolled in. This is required as it shows proof that you are enrolled in classes for the up coming semesters. The CIRA is aware that as a first year thier will be no grades showing on your transcript. Apprentice Students Please submit the first two pages of your blue book, a copy of your enrollement in classes for the upcoming year and your transcript from the last in class session. If you have any questions regarding elibile schools, please contact the office. A member may be registered as a full time student attending any accredited post secondary educations as recognized by the goverment of Canada.
